"What is Psycho Cybernetics?"

We will get to talk about what psycho cybernetics is, and that question will probably be answered on the first mastermind study calls, because it is an important part of our life, and when we get to understand it we can really change our life and get the success we want.

We will be studying the book one chapter a week.Below on this site you will find the recording of our Mastermind Study Calls with a little description on what that call was about.If you do not have the book, or you just want to relax and listen instead of reading, I will be posting the chapters as we get to them as an audio book.

Here is chapter nine of Psycho Cybernetics, it tells you about the signs you have to be aware of to avoid activating your automatic failure mechanism.

You Can Acquire the Habit of Happiness - chapter seven.
Here is chapter seven of Psycho Cybernetics, it tells you about how you can focus on being happy and how to stop worrying. How to you need to become "selfish" and start to think of yourself.The prescription to chapter seven is to form the habit of reacting positively and aggressively to problems and opportunities and to practice smiling.

How to Relax and Let Your Automatic Success Mechanism Work for You - chapter six.
Here is chapter six of Psycho Cybernetics, it tells you about how you can gather all the information about a problem you want to solve and then turn it over to your subconscious mind to come up with the answer. The prescription to chapter six is to get an hourglass and put a note on it saying: "One Grain at a Time."

Here is chapter four of Psycho Cybernetics, it tells you about how you have been hypnotized and how to de-hypnotize yourself. The prescription to chapter four is to start relaxing for at least 30 minutes every day.

Here is chapter two, it tells about the automatic success mechanism (ASM), how it works and how to change it. The prescription to chapter two is to read or listen to it for three times a week for the next 21 days.

MM study call Tuesday July 24th, on the call we talked about "The Self-Image, Your Key to living without Limits" - chapter one. On the call was Kathy, Chris, Lela, Francine, Kjell and Morten. We got to talk about the Psycho Cybernetics Foundation, the 21 days to change a habit and also some personal experiences.

Here is the first chapter, it gives an introduction to the self image and also tells you a little about how it functions. There are also some examples to people who have used the book on there way to success.
